Caitlin Weber is a nationally board certified and Wisconsin state-licensed athletic trainer with Children's Wisconsin's Sports Medicine Program. She was born and raised in Oconomowoc, graduating from Oconomowoc High School. This is where her passion for Athletic Training started and she developed a Student Athletic Training program with the help and guidance of her high school Athletic Trainer.
After high school, Caitlin attended Carroll University in Waukesha and received her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training. During her time at Carroll she had the unique opportunity to work at ESPNs Wide World of Sports in Orlando. This helped her develop her skills and knowledge of all types of injuries sustained in a variety of sports. Returning from this opportunity in 2010 she landed her dream job, as a high school athletic trainer, at Waukesha South High School. Caitlin has also brought her love and passion for education to South High School by developing a Student Athletic Training Program for the students that continues to grow every year. Caitlin’s goal is to provide quality health care to all Waukesha South student-athletes on an individual basis. She also strives to educate the student-athletes about their injuries and sports medicine. Caitlin along with Children’s Wisconsin physicians and medical specialists provide the student athlete with a comprehensive health care network.

Caitlin enjoys her down time by spending it with family and friends, especially on the lake and traveling. GO BLACKSHIRTS!!!
