Brittany L Mathews, PhD

Children’s Wisconsin since 2016

I am passionate about providing exceptional behavioral health care to children, adolescents, and families. My approach to care includes a focus on each patient’s and family’s strengths to promote resilience and healthy coping skills. I flexibly utilize evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention methods to meet the individual needs of each patient. I specialize in treating internalizing (e.g. depression, anxiety) and externalizing (e.g. temper tantrums, non-compliance) problems as well as improving healthy behaviors to manage medical conditions (e.g. diabetes, asthma, obesity) during childhood and adolescence.
